TECPRESSO Inc. handles personal information submitted to us in accordance with the following policy.

1. We treat personal information included in inquiries and subsequent communications as information to be protected, and use it only for necessary purposes such as fulfilling the original purpose of the inquiry, maintaining response records, and improving inquiry handling.
2. We establish appropriate internal structures and information management systems to handle such information safely and prevent leakage.
3. When necessary to fulfill the original purpose, we may share information with contractors who have signed confidentiality agreements or equivalent contracts. We confirm that contractors maintain an appropriate information management structure and cooperate with them to manage information properly.
4. We do not disclose such information to third parties other than the contractors described above, except when required under Japanese law by public investigative authorities.
5. We may ask the person making an inquiry to verify that they are the subject of the personal information handled in the inquiry. If verification cannot be completed, we may discontinue the inquiry response.

We comply with laws and guidelines related to the handling of individual numbers and specific personal information, including Japan's My Number Act and Personal Information Protection Act.

2. Purpose of use

We use specific personal information for legally required procedures such as payment records for business partners and statutory tax, social insurance, employment insurance, and related procedures for employees and their dependents.

3. Security management measures

We separately define and comply with an Information Security Policy to prevent leakage, loss, or damage and to properly manage individual numbers.

4. Outsourcing

We may outsource the handling of specific personal information. In such cases, we provide necessary and appropriate supervision in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Continual improvement

We work to continually improve the handling of specific personal information.

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties in Foreign Countries

We may outsource inquiry handling operations to companies located outside Japan. Personal information included in inquiries may therefore be provided to the relevant country or region.

As of March 31, 2022, the applicable country or region and information on its personal information protection system are as follows.
